1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
2. How to Return
By Mail: Email returns@sttaanley1913.com to request a prepaid return label. Repack your item and ship it securely.
In-Store: Return your item with receipt at any authorized Stanley retailer for quick processing.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@sttaanley1913.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
5. Warranty
All Stanley 1913 products are backed by our lifetime warranty. If your gear doesn’t perform as promised, we’ll replace it — because things built for life should last for life.
